Martin Flynn is a psychotherapist poet and writer whose work blends depth psychology, spirituality, and the subversive clarity of Gonzo. With a Master’s in Psychotherapy and a Master’s in Applied Spirituality, he is currently developing Gonzo Therapy, an emerging approach that brings the mythic, the imaginal, and the irreverent into therapeutic practice.

A dedicated reader of Hunter S. Thompson since 1986, Martin’s work explores the psychological and spiritual threads woven through Thompson’s writing, tracing how Gonzo can illuminate everything from culture to inner life. He is the creator of The Spirit’s Janitor, a project devoted to restorying the soul with humour, depth, and poetic rebellion.
Martin is delighted to be joining GonzoFest as a keynote speaker.
